When approached with intention, breathwork and cold exposure become powerful tools for building resilience, regulating the nervous system, and improving mental and physical health. The goal isn't simply to get through the breathwork or survive the cold plunge. It's to learn how to stay calm, present, and in control when life becomes uncomfortable. Through the Soul Plunge Method, you'll learn how to use breath and intentional discomfort to help people navigate life's challenges and discover how strong they really are.

Matt Heck is the co-founder of Soul Plunge.
After years of struggling with the physical effects of chronic stress, Matt was searching for a way to feel better in both his mind and body. That search led him to breathwork and cold exposure, practices that quickly became powerful tools for transformation.
Through consistent practice, Matt developed a deeper understanding of resilience, the mind-body connection, and the ability to stay present through discomfort. What began as a personal healing journey ultimately inspired the creation of Soul Plunge with his wife, Mia.
Today, Matt is passionate about helping others experience the same transformation and discover what becomes possible when they learn to lean into challenge, reconnect with themselves, and realize they are capable of far more than they realize.
